Dotty Dalmation Birthday Card

Welcome to this week's LIMES inspiration post!

I chose this card as my inspiration from the gallery of this week's Splitcoaststampers' Featured Stamper!

LIST: Colours (blue, white, green, brown), Techniques (stamping, colouring, shadow box fun-fold) , Elements (blue hearts on white background, boy with puppies, heart embellishments)

INCLUDE: white, stamping, dog, heart embellishments

MODIFY: dots instead of hearts in background, one die cut dog instead of stamped image,

EXCLUDE: fun fold,

SPIN:

This adorable card was the perfect inspiration for an upcoming birthday card for my niece, who recently acquired a dalmation. I don’t ‘do’ a lot of animals on cards, and I certainly don’t often purchase such specific supplies (I really wish they had included a solid dog to act as a backer, as well as to stand on its own for other dog-lovers’ cards in my life! lol!) but this one seemed like a no brainer. I couldn’t figure out where to add my sentiment to the front, so I added one to the inside of the card.
