Welcome to this week's LIMES inspiration post!

I chose this card as my inspiration from the gallery of this week's Splitcoaststampers' Featured Stamper!

LIST: Colours (rainbow, white), Techniques (inkblending, heat embossing), Elements (horizontal stripes of colour and text, rainbow starting with purple at the top)

INCLUDE: rainbow, white, horizontal elements

MODIFY: colour on white instead of white on colour, stenciled instead of inkblending/embossing, added stamped sentiment

EXCLUDE:

SPIN:

I got a giggle from the text in the inspiration, and decided to focus on the horizontal stripes of colour. (I just now noticed that they don’t have green and are not really in rainbow order!)

I used a stencil that is supposed to go vertically, but I turned it 90 degrees. I added a text Happy Birthday sentiment stamped in black and a very narrow black mat to keep this very clean and simple.
