2 for 1 Flower Cards

Welcome to this week's LIMES inspiration post!

I chose this card as my inspiration from the gallery of this week's Splitcoaststampers' Featured Stamper!

LIST: Colours(rainbow, black, white, gray) , Techniques (die cutting, embossing) , Elements (rainbow stripes, 2 for 1 design, die cut sentiment, embossed background, enamel dots)

INCLUDE: rainbow, black, white, die cutting, stripes, 2 for 1 design, die cut sentiment

MODIFY: stenciled stripes instead of cardstock strips, flower shape instead of circles, reverse design instead of white and black, polka dot sequins instead of enamel dots

EXCLUDE: embossing,

SPIN:

I love the graphic feel of the inspiration cards, and I always love a 2 for 1 design. I created a panel of striped cardstock with a layering stencil and some ink, then I cut a flower shape from the centre, as well as from a white panel. I cut a circle from each flower shape and then interchanged everything to create two ‘opposite’ cards.
